Key measures include abolishing no-fault evictions, no minimum tenancy duration, refining rent adjustment regulations, automatic allowing of pets in rental properties, and implementing a mechanism for tenants to raise complaints against their landlord.

Before founding his agency in 2012, Robert gained extensive experience working across Suffolk & Essex for a diverse range of both independent and national estate agencies. With a remarkable twenty years of industry expertise and a track record of establishing and running four successful estate and letting agencies, Robert possesses an unparalleled depth of property knowledge and investment strategy that he is eager to impart to local landlords.
George Aves -
George's journey in estate agency began years ago when he completed his High School work experience in a lettings agency, and since then, he has steadily climbed the ranks to his current position as Operations Director for a successful group of agencies in East Anglia. In this role, George oversees the day-to-day operations of both the lettings and sales departments as well as being the go-to person when it comes to lettings legislation & regulations.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, George also brings valuable firsthand experience as a landlord, managed his own property portfolio. This unique perspective allows him to offer insights and expertise from both agency and landlord viewpoints, enriching the support and guidance he provides to clients and colleagues alike.
Kristian Virr -
Kristian brings a wealth of experience to the table, having spent 8 years working across both sales and lettings departments within the estate agency field. Before transitioning into real estate, he honed his skills in investment finance and commercial property, further enriching his understanding of the industry.
With a decade of property expertise under his belt, Kristian is committed to delivering exceptional communication and service to his clients. His deep knowledge of the local market, coupled with his dedication to staying abreast of new developments and trends in the property sector, ensures that he provides valuable insights and guidance to those he works with.
